Silver Springs Land Development
Silver Springs is a 16-lot subdivision located off Route 75 about 3/4 of a mile north of Bypass 20 in Stephenson County, Illinois. This subdivision features 2 - 2/12 acre lots on wells and septic. The land is rolling and the spaces are wide open. This subdivision is in the Dakota School District. Dakota Schools serve children north and west of the subdivision, through Dakota and Rock City to Davis and the western half of Lake Summerset. The district has a student population of 900 in grades K-12. Complete single family home packages start in the upper 150's.
