In co-operation with area builders, Top Notch markets new homes both in W & A residential subdivisions and scattered sites throughout northwest Illinois. While we do sell pre-built speculation homes on our own sites, most homes are custom designed and built to customer specifications. Our floor covering area is led by Bill Lutz, a 35 year veteran of the floor covering business. We market carpet, sheet vinyl, laminates, ceramic, and wood. Millwork
Top Notch is the supplier of choice for millwork needs. From windows to exterior entry systems, to interior trim in both unfinished and pre-finished, to finely detailed, unique pieces that create your own "special" look, Top Notch has it all. Top Notch specializes in Hurd Windows, Quaker Windows, Interior Doors and Trim, Exterior Doors and many Specialty Items including mantels and stairparts.

Remodeling
Top Notch installs most items we sell. While our co-operating contractor customers specialize in installing cabinets and floor coverings, window and door systems, and decks, we also do quality installations of basement remodeling, room additions, including 3 and 4 season (sun) rooms, vinyl and wood siding and roofing.
